Phoenix Remodeling FAQs
How much does a home remodel cost in Phoenix?
The cost depends on the room, the size of the space, and the materials you choose. As a general guide, kitchen remodels in Phoenix typically run $15,000–$35,000, with partial remodels starting around $10,000. Tiled bathroom remodels typically run $15,000–$25,000, depending on size and layout. Flooring costs vary significantly based on the scope of demolition required and the materials selected. We'd be happy to provide a free, on-site estimate to assess your project and give you precise pricing. However, partial remodels and other options are available at lower prices, and we strive to work with your budget.
Is Lazarus Remodeling a licensed contractor?
Yes, Lazarus Remodeling LLC is a licensed Arizona contractor, ROC 362252. You can look up our license anytime on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors website at roc.az.gov.
What areas do you serve?
We service Phoenix, North Scottsdale, and all of the surrounding areas in the Valley. We're based in north Phoenix, near Scottsdale. If you're not sure whether you're in our area, call or text (480) 758-1166 and ask.
Do I need a permit to remodel my home in Phoenix?
Many Phoenix remodels need a City of Phoenix permit, especially ones that move or add plumbing, electrical, or walls. Cosmetic updates, like new flooring or replacing cabinets and countertops in the same spot, often don't. Requirements depend on the project and on the city you live in, so we confirm what your project needs, and when a permit is required, we handle it.
How long does a remodel take?
It depends on the scope of the project, and we give you a timeline with your estimate. A flooring job or cabinet update moves faster than a full kitchen or bathroom remodel with layout changes.
Are your estimates free?
